We were incredibly happy with the service that All Lift Forklifts provided us. We had a 2.7 tonne, 7.5 Metre caravan delivered, but because of lack of space, it couldn't be reversed into the desired corner of the yard. After many weeks, on the phone, sending so many emails, contacting numerous caravan and towing and other forklift companies, we received the same answer that nobody could help. We felt very frustrated and desperate. When I spoke to Nathan at All Lift Forklifts, I was surprised when he said he thinks that it can be done. I was very grateful that there appeared to be some hope, but to be honest, wasn't entirely convinced. After sending some pics, Nathan said it looks OK, so they organised a site inspection. Nathan and Adam came on site, they were very friendly, professional and confident in their approach, convinced that it could be done. The following week, they came and within a few hours, our caravan was successfully relocated, taking care not to damage my mums prized lawn. Thank you Nathan and Adam for helping us out!! You made possible, what seemed impossible at the time!! We will surely use your company in the future and will definitely recommend you to others.

Not your average kind of forklift hire, and I am certainly not the type to write reviews on here, but All lift needed to be commended on their excellent service, So i build a shed in my back yard with the intention on having a stone fire pizza oven in there, went out looking for the best pizza oven i could find, and 500kg later (Yes.....I should have thought about this before) had NO idea how i was going to get it in the ready built shed, I had contacted a couple of hire company's hoping for an easy solution, but the best "suggestion" i got, was to remove the roof and crane the pizza oven in. This was not something i was wanting to do, and just when i had lost all hope, i was discussing this with my sister who had mentioned that the company she works for, hires forklifts on a regular basis from All Lift Forklifts & Access Equipment, and she told me to "just give them a go!" so decided to give it one last shot, called them and they had recommended a 4x4 rough terrain telescopic machine, i though, ......... That has got to be the best customer service i have had so far!! No mention of puling the roof apart!! They had delivered the machine EXACTLY when they said they would, (I own my own business so time is EVERYTHING to me) They got the pizza oven EXACTLY where i wanted it, and took extreme care in my yard, a MASSIVE thank you to the All Lift Team, I highly recommend your company and services to anyone and everyone!! Needless to say, my sister and the rest of the family are Loving the home made stone fire Pizza's!
