I first became familiar with Andatech in December 2013 and have had excellent service for the past 10 years. Because I have had a consistent calibration schedule, they have fixed my few issues proactively. Sensors have been replaced, calibration issues have been dealt with, even the unit has been replaced. With their calibration system I have full confidence in the breathalyser unit. I have also had experience with their drug testing kits. The in store consultation was excellent, and they were able to give pertinent advice, even being able to fairly attribute competitive services with both advantages and disadvantages. I have found their products and services to be true to their promise.
Dealing with a defective unit was an incredibly frustrating ordeal. The level of service provided by the support team left much to be desired. Despite exchanging numerous emails (more than ten), it took a considerable amount of effort to finally arrange for a store return. When I requested a callback from the support manager, I was last informed on August 3, 2023, that I would receive a call within 2-3 weeks once they returned from their leave. However, as of September 6th 2023, I have yet to receive any communication from them. It is evident that they do not seem interested in addressing this issue or acknowledging the challenging experience I have had while attempting to resolve it.
We all know their products are great, but their customer service is equally impressive. Had an issue with my breathalyser following a calibration and they fixed it promptly, free of charge and even sent me a video of the calibration result. Great lil product, highly recommend for peace of mind!
timely notification on the expiry of my plan and also very generous gesture in extending my plan so that I can use my unused calibration service for the last plan period. Dropping off the device in your Vermont office, i had a pleasant and friendly service experience from Vishwa who was attending the front desk on that day. Also the same nice and friendly service at the time of pickup of the unit. On the whole, it is a great pleasurable experience doing business with your company and thank your devices for keeping us driving on the roads.
The emphasis seems to be on online enquiries and bookings, however, I have always had difficulty accessing my customer portal, so I always end up calling. When I get through to the staff on the other end of the phone, they are friendly, helpful and efficient. It is sometimes difficult to immediately contact someone who can assist with the enquiry. The staff are good at returning calls and their service is good.
